We do not prepare or produce food.

Registered kitchens and restaurants are fully responsible for the quality, safety, packaging, and delivery of food.

2. Definitions

1. User / Customer: Any person using the application to browse or request catering services.

2. Provider / Restaurant / Kitchen: The entity offering food products or services through our platform.

3. Personal Data: Any information that identifies an individual directly or indirectly (e.g., name, phone number, email, address).

4. Technical / Non-Personal Data: Such as usage data, server logs, device type, operating system, analytics, and performance data.



3. Data We Collect and Why


3.1 Data Provided Voluntarily

Mobile number

Delivery address

Payment details (via payment gateway)


Purpose: Creating the account, completing orders, communication, issuing invoices and receipts, providing customer support.


3.2 Payment Data

We do not store full bank card numbers.

We may retain only transaction identifiers (Transaction IDs) and receipts.


Purpose: Processing payments, issuing refunds, accounting, and resolving financial disputes.


3.3 Technical and Usage Data

Purpose: Service improvement, usage analysis, fraud prevention, and enhancing user experience.

The service is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.

If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.

Tenderstation is not responsible for any use of the platform by minors, even with parental permission.

2. Go to Settings or My Account

3. Select Delete Account or Request Data Deletion
